This policy applies to all personnel on board the Company’s fleet vessels. When within port limits, all crew must strictly comply with applicable local laws.
The Company will cooperate fully with authorities in prosecuting any crew member under the influence or in possession of illegal substances. Violators, facilitators, or concealers will face strict actions, including dismissal.
Senior Management (Master, C/E, C/O, and 2/E) is responsible for enforcing this policy on board.
All seafarers will undergo Drug & Alcohol testing either before joining or immediately thereafter. Random testing may also be conducted by the Company or authorities.

Crew appearing under the influence must undergo a BAC test before taking over duties. The Master must be informed immediately.
All Company officials, visitors, and supernumeraries are subject to the same restrictions.
Drug trafficking or smuggling—including selling bonded items—is a serious offense, leading to legal action and immediate dismissal.
Seafarers on prescription drugs must inform the Master and the Company at joining or when prescribed onboard.
Any violation must be reported by the senior management to the Designated Person via phone, followed by an email.
All crew are obliged and authorized to report any violations directly to the Designated Person or the Company.
